Impactful Presentation Skills

Introduction

Impactful presentations are memorable. The best ideas remain only hidden treasures if they cannot be effectively communicated to your clients. This program provides skills and tools which can activate your personal and professional presence to deliver convincing and dynamic presentations. Attention will be given to the three V's of confident presentations for maximum impact:

Verbal: the language you use, content preparation and structure
Vocal: the sound, variety and believability of your voice
Visual: awareness and effective use of your body language and personal branding

The program is highly interactive with video recordings of each participant as a critical component, feedback and analysis of the presentations, informative lectures, ample time for discussion of issues and for hands-on practice through the videos and role-plays as well as through movement, breathing and vocal exercises. You will learn to present with confidence, clear purpose and structure, and with vocal and visual impact to effectively influence and persuade.

Why Choose This Program On Presentation Skills

Who Would Benefit From The Program

This program is especially designed for senior management, leaders in the company and professionals who need to speak with impact in their field and want to improve and enhance their approach.

Learning Objectives

Methodology

Equipment

Company must provide training equipment including computer and LCD projector, video camera and playback monitor, videotapes (enough for each participant if desired for each participant to receive one individually), audio CD player (for music), flipchart and markers, and reproduction of handout material for each participant.

Videotaping And Number Of Pax

It is essential for each participant to be videotaped at least three times. The first short taping is an introduction. The second and third are pre- and post- videos of the same presentation. Each participant is asked to bring in a presentation (in any form: completely written, partially written, just notes or simply some ideas) on a topic they are likely to speak about in their current job position. If the group is larger than 8, the final video clip may have to be viewed after the session in case there is not adequate time to view it on that day; however, direct feedback will still be given after the final round.
